At AOK Fitness we work with our clients to help them achieve their goals. From weight loss to strength conditioning we will access every individuals unique needs and tailor a specific ‘one on one’ programme which includes one to one training, nutritional advice and lifestyle assessments. All of our programmes can be tailored for between 4 to 12 weeks and are fully flexible to suit your needs and lifestyle.
