“Alex has helped me on 3 occasions now and each time has helped me exceed my fitness and body goals. Firstly, before I went skiing for first time in 18 years, I wanted to strengthen my legs which Alex worked with me over course of 6 weeks. The end result was I felt much stronger and I was able to sustain a week of hardcore skiing. The next time I asked for Alex’s help was for the most important occasion, for my wedding day. Alex helped me to build upon the work that I’d done already through regular exercise and a bootcamp holiday, to get me into the best shape of my life.

I told him at start of how I had a fear of untoned, flabby arms and a big tummy and he really focused in on those areas. I really could not have been happier with the results and there isn’t a single photo of me on wedding day where I wished I had tried harder. Lastly, Alex has recently helped me regain my physical strength after an operation. I really cannot recommend Alex highly enough to help you reach your own personal goals, always pushing you that little bit harder to achieve what you’d never thought possible.”
