“Alex’s scientific knowledge and methodical approach to personal training is a breath of fresh air. Our ten sessions together whee not conducted traipsing the length and breadth of local parks followed by a muddy round of crunches and press ups, but were held in the sanctuary of his private gym. Alex built a bespoke programme just for me through his through analysis of my physical strength and weaknesses.
