Sports Specific Training Programmes
Sport specific training is the focus of fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance based on a specific sport such as Football, Rugby, Tennis, Cricket, Golf, Cycling or Running. At AOK Fitness we offer training packages for every type of athlete including Professional and Elite athletes who want to maximize their ability. Our sports training programmes will provide a unique and individual training programme that will enhance the athlete’s strength, mobility, and conditioning. Our bespoke training programmes include such areas as strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, agility, mental preparedness (including goal setting), sleep, recovery/regeneration techniques and strategies, nutrition, rehabilitation, pre-habilitation, and injury risk reduction.
